The Difference...Are You Relevant?
A difficult question, yes - but necessary to prove a point that is too often overlooked. That is…there are too many that pay for brand new, eye-catching design and then wonder why visitors have not come. To the potential consumer, somehow the message, product, or service has become irrelevant.
If you were to put a sign on a street corner advertising your fine establishment, what would be necessary for that sign to produce results? Nice design you say? Sure, but that is only part of it. The other 90% that matters is TRAFFIC! This is why the much nicer yuppie-looking coffee shop in the quiet burbs’ goes out of business and Joe’s Coffee Shop downtown continues to do a hearty business. It’s all about the traffic.
We at Ministry Connect Point love design. In fact, it is our forté and we are successful at getting it noticed. Getting your logo, or branded company “out there” however, is only part of it. Before you spend a ton of money on fancy design, make sure that it will generate the all-important traffic.
Let's suppose your message is not market-altering. There are a ton of other competing voices out there. (This would include pretty much all of us.)
